DVM Consulting provides “soup to nuts” real estate development services with a focus on affordable housing. We pride ourselves in ensuring the projects we are involved in are accessible to those native to the neighborhoods where projects are located as well as the larger Boston community. The company has a unique perspective of the field given its knowledge in different aspects of the real estate industry, which include multi-family real estate development, property management, community engagement and resident services programming.

Dariela Villón-Maga, President/Owner of DVM Consulting, is a life-long Boston resident, originally from the Grove Hall area of the city. Since her teenage years, she's dedicated her life to serving her community in youth development, wildlife conservation, and for the last decade affordable housing development. Experiencing homelessness and growing up in affordable housing throughout the city has given Dariela a deep understanding of how housing stability can be the foundation for prosperity, just as it was for her. She works hard every day to provide the same affordable housing opportunities to other families.
